Requirements to Join
- Active Indiana HVAC contractor license
- Current general liability insurance (minimum $1M)
- Reliable transportation and standard HVAC tools
- Serve the Indianapolis metro area (Marion, Hamilton, Johnson, Hancock, Shelby, or Hendricks county)
- Agree to HWHS pricing, escalation, and no-on-site-selling standards
- Pass background and reference check
